in keeping up with my blog. Not that I don’t enjoy posting news about what I’ve been up to, it’s just been a little difficult to sit and think about WHAT I should post.
My last post in July mentioned our Freedom Fest party, but since then we’ve had all kinds of great activities which could take up their own space if I had the time:

• Jon & I visitied Indianapolis for a mini-vacation



• lifeSOURCE went to Chicago



• Some of our dearest friends from out of town, Jeremy & Becky Gehman, visited us for a week with their 2 kitties Sue & Lily
• Zion Chapel has started the 40 Days of Purpose campaign

Well, that it’s for now. I hope to get more things up here before too long…

On July 3rd, Jon & I celebrated the conclusion of six years of marriage and the beginning of our seventh year as husband and wife. Since moving to our current house, we’ve hosted a “Freedom Fest” party to watch the fly-byes of the air show from Goshen Municipal Airport and to view the nighttime fireworks show. Having the airport almost directly in our backyard allows us the entertainment from the air show without the traffic or the crowds. We always have a wonderful time with friends and family who join us for the celebration, especially since we started serving Uncle Joe’s Guamanian Ribs!

Our annual party gives us a chance to reconnect with old friends, while better relating to new ones…

and our friends and family, new and old, really seem to enjoy themselves.
